vark_quiz.pngAre you a visual or hands on learner?

Take the VARK quiz to find out. your learning style.

Ever attend a class and feet like you weren't absorbing the material?  Did you have trouble staying focused?  Don't feel bad.  It could be that the class was offered in a way that conflicted with how you learn best.

Many computer and technology classes are offered in a format that works for Visual and Auditory learners.  This leaves out people who need to read or act upon the information to process it.  Another shortcoming of this teaching method is that it creates the pressure to memorize rather than understand why something is done a certain way.

It's entirely possible to teach a Microsoft Word class four different ways based on the type of learning style.   Read more about learning styles before you sign up for another computer class.

V - Visual Learners
A - Auditory Learners
R - Reading Learners
K - Kinesthetic Learners
