Often, I am asked if I can do a variety of IT functions from managing a Windows Server to configuring remote access for employees and yes...even if I can lift a monitor!

I've made a list of the most common questions.  I hope this will begin to dispel myths about the abilities and interests of techies who just happen to be born female.

  1. Can you run Norton Ghost for imaging? Yes
  2. Do you know how to use VMWare? Yes
  3. Can you setup a wireless network? Yes 
  4. Expired Anti-Virus can you help us with that? Yes
  5. Windows Server 2000? Yes and 2003 too! 
  6. Data recovery from a hard drive? Mmm...Sometimes 
  7. How about 2003 Yes Can you work on Active Directory and Exchange? Yes 
  8. Do you know Mac OSX? Yes
  9. Can you find solutions to reduce the amount of spam to our domain? Yes
  10. Calendars on PDA mobile devices? Yes
