Often, I am asked if I can do a variety of IT functions from managing a Windows Server to configuring remote access for employees and yes...even if I can lift a monitor!

I've made a list of the most common questions. I hope this will begin to dispel myths about the abilities and interests of techies who just happen to be born female.

Can you run Norton Ghost for imaging? Yes
Do you know how to use VMWare? Yes

Data recovery from a hard drive? Mmm...Sometimes
How about 2003 Yes Can you work on Active Directory and Exchange? Yes

Can you find solutions to reduce the amount of spam to our domain? Yes
Calendars on PDA mobile devices? Yes
