Computer cannot get online
I received a phone call last fall from a business owner who owned a photography and DJ service in Minneapolis.  There was a computer that hadn't been able to get online in weeks.  The business owner spent approx 10 hours working on the problem before contacting me.  He tried reinstalling the operating system, replacing the ethernet cable and moving machine around to get it online.

TomTom is great because it shows you turn-by-turn instructions for your route, up to the minute traffic reports and technical support staff are very good. I'm able to avoid holiday traffic by selecting a different route.

Backups are the single most important thing you can do for your business to ensure you will have  a company tomorrow.  I find solutions to fit your business and make it cost effective to do your backups. This means tossing slow and expensive tape drives in favor of fast, affordable backups through external drives and encrypted online backups. Servers should always run RAID so if one drive dies, your server keeps working.
